Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 11:59 AM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Signature is required upon package delivery.

P.O. Box
Orders shipped to a U.S. P.O. box will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $10.
International Shipping
Nutonixtech.com currently only offers shipping to Canada. We are not able to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time and do apologize for any inconvenience. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $35 and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from nutonixtech.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Nutonix does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your specific charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, email our Customer Service.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the next business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

- Easter
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
